Vicki (Gilliam) Huber, 69, of Brookville, passed away on Saturday, May 04, 2024, at the home of her loving daughter and son in-law.
She was born in Sinton, Texas on October 07, 1954, the only daughter of the late Dave Alton Gilliam and Lois Lynn (Ricketts) Gilliam.
On October 22, 1994, she married Homer Clair Huber. He preceded her in death on August 15, 2009.
Vicki previously worked in sales at JCPenney Department Store and finished her working career as a secretary in the Corsica office for William G. Satterlee and Sons Inc., which is an oil and natural gas company located in Marion Center.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, she also loved shopping for antiques, crocheting and going to the races.
Surviving relatives include two daughters, Toy D. Moore and husband Tony of Granbury, Texas and Shera L. Silvis and husband Caz D. of Brookville, Pennsylvania: three grandchildren, Trevor J. Smith and wife Rikki L. of Quinlan, Texas, Jon T. Silvis of Brookville and Lacie D. Silvis of Brookville: two great grandchildren, Tristen J. Smith and Xana L. Smith.
Preceded in death by her husband Homer and her parents.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements entrusted to Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney.
