Timothy Allen Waite

Timothy Allen Waite, 55, of Smithmill, Clearfield County, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024, at home.

He was born in Somerville, New Jersey on April 23, 1968, the son of the late Gerald Gilbert Waite and Darlene Kay (Randolph) Waite.

Mr. Waite previously worked as a truck driver for Kephart Trucking.

He attended gFree Church in Phillipsburg.

Tim loved Jesus, his children and his family.  He volunteered his time and compassion for others at the YMCA food bank in Clearfield.  He enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle.  He was an avid Steelers fan.

He is survived by two children, Haley (Benjamin) Himes of Punxsutawney, and Zach Waite of Smithmill; four stepchildren, Carol (Scott) Hill of Ringgold, Sheila (Dan) Hoffman of Bellwood, Amber Graham of New Kensington and Shane Graham of Punxsutawney; one sister, Gina Smith of Punxsutawney and one nephew, David Latta; one dearly anticipated grandchild on the way; and former wife Katherine Waite.

Preceded in death by his parents, sister, Katrina Latta and nephew Garrett Reed Smith.

There will be no visitation or viewing.  Arrangements entrusted to Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney.
