Terry Ann Craft, 44, of Punxsutawney, passed away at home with her family on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.
She was born in Vineland, New Jersey a daughter of the late Robin Elaine (Base) Dixon and Walter T. Dixon, Sr. of Big Run.
On May 17, 2007 she married Christopher Allen Craft. A man of great devotion and love, that tenderly cared for her every need until she took her last breath.
Terry worked as a caretaker at various nursing homes around the area over the years.
She loved her family, especially her grandbabies, who called her “Ya-Ya.” Her enjoyments were camping and fishing with her husband. She always made fishing a competition for the first and biggest fish, which he was happy to let her win. Lately, she enjoyed going for rides in the car to look at Christmas lights and scenery. She loved to sit on her porch and watch people pass by.
In addition to her dad Walt and husband, Chris, she is survived by two children, William Charles Harman of Big Run and Shy-Ann Harman of Stump Creek; two grandchildren, Maddie Perry and George Perry; paternal grandmother Lottie (Dixon) Maines of Wallaceton; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Robin on January 31, 2021 and two brothers, Walter T. Dixon, Jr. on December 22, 2020 and Joseph John Dixon in 2002.
A visitation will be held for both her and her mother Robin Dixon from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
