Nancy Louise Agnello, 80, of Anita, passed away at home on Monday, August 8, 2022, with her family by her side.
She was born in Delancey on February 21, 1942, a daughter of the late Larry Dubensky and Mary (Quashnok) Dubensky.
Nancy was an Honor Roll graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School.
On October 26, 1963, she married Richard Anthony Agnello. They enjoyed fifty-eight years of marriage and raised three children.
She was a devoted catholic and a member of the Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church.
Nancy worked as a meat wrapper at the Comet Market for many years. She also started her own cleaning business and was a perfectionist at her job.
She enjoyed walking with her dog, cleaning and going to church. She loved the holidays.
In addition to her husband Rich, she is survived by three children, Tammy Barbosa and husband Nathaniel of Canonsburg, Sherry Reinard and husband Scott of Knoxdale, and Mark Agnello and wife Lori of DuBois; seven grandchildren, Chad Covatch and wife Paige, Lindsay Scott and husband Jonte, Sara Davis and husband Phillip, Tyler Urchuck, Marc Agnello and wife Jensen, Samantha Agnello and Ethan Agnello; five great grandchildren; one brother, David Dubensky and wife Sandra of Delancey; one sister, Veronica Koromaus of Delancey.
Preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Edward “Ubby” Dubensky and Albert Dubensky; two sisters, Katherine “Kay” Kendra and Barbara Roseman.
A Divine Liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Saints Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, celebrated by Father Vasyl Kadar.
Interment will follow at S.S. Peter and Paul Byzantine Cemetery, Young Township.
