Kathy Lea Clark

Kathy Lea Clark, 65, of Knoxdale, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at Penn Highlands DuBois.

She was born in DuBois on August 17, 1956, a daughter of Kenneth Eugene Wright of Knoxdale and the late Gloria Maxine (Bish) Wright.

On July 6, 1974, she married Joseph Franklin Clark. They enjoyed forty-five years of marriage together.  He preceded her in death on April 27, 2020.

Kathy enjoyed being outside, whether mowing the grass, boating, camping or fishing.  She also loved to watch and feed the birds.  She was content and peaceful, she loved her family and particularly enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Following the recent loss of her mother, she was living with and looking after her father.  She will be dearly missed by many.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph Clark of Knoxdale, Jason Clark and wife Jennifer of Reynoldsville; seven grandchildren, Taylor, Nova, Hunter, Kage, Sade, Payr and Landin Clark; six great grandchildren, Brelynn and Eden Peterman, Grayson and Ashton Luffey, Colton Dushac and Hudson Clark.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her only brother, Kenneth Gary Wright.

In accordance with Kathy’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  Arrangements entrusted to Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney.
