Jerry B Seliga

Jerry Bert “Blackie” Seliga, 73, of Punxsutawney, passed away December 3, 2023 at Christ the King Manor.

He was born on May 20, 1950, in Punxsutawney the son of the late Bert and Josephine (Farbo) Seliga.

Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard. He went on to work for Dereume Glass in Punxsutawney.

He enjoyed golfing and playing in the men’s softball league in his younger years.

He is survived by his three siblings: Tony Seliga and his wife Debbie of Punxsutawney, Joseph Seliga and his wife Penny of Woodbridge, VA, Mary Geier and her husband Ray of Haymarket, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Seliga and Kathleen Seliga.

At the wishes of the family there will be no services.
