Harry Barnett Obituary

Harry Elvin Barnett, 80, of Punxsutawney, passed away March 16, 2023 at Jefferson Manor.

He was born on October 15, 1942 in Punxsutawney the son of the late Mary M. McGee and Horance L. Barnett.

Harry was a proud farmer his whole life. He was a member of Frostburg United Methodist Church.

He will be remember for his kind hearted spirit and being able to make a friend wherever he would go.

Harry is survived by his two brothers, Kenneth and Albert Barnett of New York.

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his infant twin brother, Harold Barnett.

Friends of Harry will be received from 2-4pm on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc. Punxsutawney.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 4pm with Pastor Lois Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in his memory to Clarion Sunshine Project: PO Box 303 Clarion, Pa.
