Donna Mae Stahlman, 85, of Brookville, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 at McKinley Health Center in Brookville.
She was born in Emerickville on November 16, 1935, a daughter of the late Wilbert Byron “Mick” Wolfe and Twila Rebecca (Osborne) Wolfe.
On August 21, 1954 she married her sweetheart, James Clifton Stahlman. He survives and resides in Brookville.
She was a member of the Roseville Independent Chapel.
Donna worked at Brookville Glove for over thirty years. She had also worked at the PA Memorial Home for several years.
Keeping an immaculate house was very important to her and she enjoyed cleaning her home, she also liked listening to Country music. Donna had a beautiful voice herself and previously enjoyed singing at the Grange and various churches around the area.
In addition to her husband Jim, she is survived by four children, James C. (Nariza) Stahlman, Jr. of Boise, Idaho, Jeffery B. (Vicki) Stahlman of Brookville, Jerry (Patricia) Stahlman of Brookville, and Julie A. (Jeffrey) Bilquist of Brookville; six grandchildren, Gretchen Stahlman, Nathan (Beth) Stahlman, Matthew (Stephanie) Stahlman, Angela Stahlman, Geena (Joshua) Long, and Robert Bilquist; four great grandchildren, Mikayla Stahlman, Hunter Stahlman, Gracelyn Rishell and Sawyer Long; one brother, Ernest “Gomer” Wolfe of Brookville; two sisters, Montrose “Mont” Wonderling of Brookville and Judy Phillips of Reynoldsville.
Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Joseph “Art” Arthur Wolfe, Sr., Donald “Butch” Wolfe, and Louis “Jack” Wolfe, three sisters, Gertrude Wolfe, Lois “Sis” Shaffer and Alice “Faye” Forsythe.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Roseville Independent Chapel, 3598 US Route 322, Brookville.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at the church, officiated by Pastor Jim Fillhart.
Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Knoxdale.
