Darlene K. Waite

Darlene Kay Waite, 76, of Punxsutawney, passed away April 30, 2023 at DuBois Nursing Home.

She was born on March 25, 1947 in Mount Union, PA the daughter of the late Carl E. Randolph and Mildred Louella (Taylor).

Darlene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was hard working and would do anything for anyone. She loved horses and her pet dogs.

She is survived by two children, Tim Waite of Ramey, PA and Gina Smith and her husband Jeff; three grandchildren: David Latta, Haley Waite and Zachary Waite; and a brother, Edger Randolph.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald G. Waite, a daughter, Katrina Latta, a grandson, Garrett Reid Smith; and two brothers: Douglas Randolph and Dayrel Randolph; three sisters: Audrey Randolph, Nancy Richardson and Shirley Randolph.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
