Charles Glenn Patterson

Charles “Chuckie” Glenn Patterson, 42, of Punxsuawney, passed away at home on December 28, 2020.

He was born in Kittanning, PA on June 14, 1977, a son of Mary Katharyn Patterson of Punxsutawney and the late Raymond Shank, Jr.

Chuck was a 1995 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School.

He was a member of Laborer Union #833 of New Brighton. 

He liked to be outdoors enjoying fishing and hunting.

Chuck was always there for his mother, she knew that she could always count on him.  He will be sadly missed by her and his family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Tammy Hawk of Punxsutawney; one brother, Jamie Shank of State College; two nephews, Michael and Adam Patterson.

He is preceded in death by his father and maternal grandparents, George and Peg Rumsey.

There will be no visitation.  Arrangements under the direction of Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Big Run.
