Ashley Lynn Heffner

Ashley Lynn Heffner, 32, of DuBois, passed away April 26, 2022.

She was born on July 6, 1989 in Punxsutawney, the daughter of Dennis and Patricia (Pearce) Craft.

Ashley worked for Pairs Cleaners.

Ashley was a wonderful mother, she enjoyed playing and being an active part of her son Hunters life. She also enjoyed coloring and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Ashley had a love for Elvis Presley- from collecting his CDs at a young age to beach towels and everything in between.

She will be remembered for her kind heart and beautiful smile.

Ashly is survived by her father, Dennis Craft; her husband, Justin Heffner of DuBois; her loving son, Hunter Heffner; two step children, Steffen Heffner and Jaylynn Heffner; three siblings: Steven Craft and his wife Aimee of Reynoldsville, Christine Gromley of Punxsutawney and Dakota Craft and his significant other Tiffany Weakland of Ringgold; her paternal grandfather, Terry T. Craft and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her special friend, Ryan Hutchins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia (Pearce) Craft; maternal grandparents, Ralph Pearce Sr and Lilly Pearce, paternal grandmother, Betty Craft; a brother-in-law, Jesse Gromley and a niece, Trinity Craft.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 11am until 1pm  at Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc. Punxsutawney. A funeral service will follow at 1pm with Pastor Doug Wolfe officiating.
