Trinity Ann Craft, a mere 10 days old, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017 at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born October 17, 2017 in Johnstown, following her twin brother Braxston Craft, twin children of Dakota James Craft and Tiffany Ana Weakland. 

Arriving nearly thirteen weeks early and weighing only 1 lb, 3 0z, Trinity was a precious little princess that had a gorgeous little face and toes, and was able to suck her thumb.  In spite of her extreme prematurity, her battle for life proved she was a fighter. She was able to finally open her eyes to see her mommy and daddy, just before her eyes met Jesus.  Her twin brother Braxston will be blessed with the most beautiful Guardian Angel.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin brother, Braxston Craft; maternal grandparents, Tangie M. and Walter Weakland of Westover, Aunt Paige Weakland of Westover; maternal great grandparents, Roy and Mary Westover of Westover, and Jim and Elsie Weakland of Burnside; Paternal grandparents, Dennis Craft and wife Patricia of Punxsutawney, Uncle Steven Craft and wife Aimee of Big Run, Aunt Christine Gromley and husband Jesse of Glen Campbell and Aunt Ashley Craft of Punxsutawney; and paternal great grandfather Terry “Ted” Craft of Punxsutawney.

Receiving her into their arms in heaven were; Maternal great grandmother, Bernadine Weakland and paternal great grandmother, Betty Craft; great grandparents, Ralph and Lillie Pearce, and great uncle Roy Westover.

Friends will be received from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Shumaker Funeral Home, inc., Punxsutawney.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Guy Smith.
