Ila Jane Lane

Ila Jane Lane, 82, of Punxsutawney, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville.
She was born on July 30, 1935 in Punxsutawney.  She was raised by her loving grandparents, Samuel and Jenny B. Love.
Ila was married to James J. Lane. He survives her.
She was a member of Grace United Church in Punxsutawney, where she loved to sing in the choir.
Thru the years Ila worked as a secretary for Electra Lux and was also the business owner of accents of Accents by Ila Addair.
In her spare time she enjoyed playing cards and doing crossword puzzles.
Ila was a loving, caring mother and grandmother. She adored babies and always had to stop and see everyone’s baby whenever she was.
She is survived by her husband, James; one daughter Nicole Bacha and husband Joseph of DuBois; and two grandchildren Easton and Weston Bacha. 
Ila was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer L. Lane.
Arrangements are private and entrusted to the Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney.
Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery in DuBois.
