Daniel Adam Lang, 58, of Snyder Memorial Home in Marienville, formerly of Ridgway, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
He was born in Ridgway on November 07, 1959, the son of the late William Adam and Alice Arlene (Frederick) Lang.
Dan was the owner of Twin Treats pizza shop in Kersey prior to his debilitating illness.
His life came with many struggles and difficulties, but he was tough and endured many trials over the years.
He was a man of great faith that believed Jesus Christ was in his corner and put his life in God’s hands. One of his greatest enjoyments was listening to the audio Bible given to him by his son, Mark.
Two things in particular brought him great joy, watching the Steelers and eating M&M’s.
He is survived by one son, Mark Adam Lang and Amber Acre of Johnsonburg.
Preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Linda Lang.
There will be no visitation. Arrangements entrusted to Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Big Run.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. April 21, 2018 at Ridgway Church of the Nazarene, officiated by Pastor Joe Miller.
His ashes will be interred next to his parents at Temple Cemetery, Hazen.
