It saddens me to hear of Bens passing. I met Ben at Cresson Secure Treatment Unit back in 2001 thru 2004 as he was one of my supervisors. In that period of time "though he would most always go by the letter of the law" I had respect for and enjoyed many conversations with Ben. He will be missed.
