Thomas Eugene Faudie

Thomas E. Faudie, 64,  passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at his peaceful home overlooking the hills of Knoxdale. He was born on April 02, 1953 in Clearfield, the son of the late Eugene "Snood" Faudie and Shirley Marie (Maloy) Faudie of DuBois.On August 10, 1985 he married his sweetheart, Dorie J. Geer, they enjoyed thirty one years together. Tom worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed driving car #71 at various area dirt track races. Muzzle loader season was Tom's favorite time to hunt, but he loved all hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He loved having friends stop by his home and always looked forward to "Saturday Night Therapy" on the hilltop.He was a member of the Knoxdale Sportsman Club. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by four children, Paul Visniesky of Knoxdale, Byron Faudie of Traverse, FL, A.J. Faudie and fiance Dawnette Squires of Reynoldsville, and Bran-Dee (Jamy)Anthony of Knoxdale; five grandchildren, Derek and Timothy Visniesky, Mathew, Alisha and Erin Garner; four great grandchildren, Harper, Nolan, Nay Nay, Nickster; one sister, Marsha Davis of DuBois.There will be no visitation.  Arrangements entrusted to Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc., Punxsutawney. Friends are invited to Tom and Dorie's home at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017 for a memorial service officiated by Pastor Dale Livermore.
